Sake Martini
Yields one serving
30ml gin – choose a premium dry gin
15ml Lillet Blanc – a floral and citrus aperitif
15ml sake – select a smooth, medium-bodied variety
Pour the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake into a shaker, include a generous scoop of ice and stir thoroughly for 30 seconds to cool. Pour into a frosty martini glass and enjoy.
